Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, showed no heart for skateboarders, in 2002, when they forbade the practice of sport in LOVE Park.
The LOVE Park legndäre skateboarders had begun as Ricky Oyola, Stevie Williams and Josh Klis her career, and the smooth surface and the broad granite steps of the park was an ideal training ground for young talents.
Once Anzihungspunkt for skaters from all over the world, are heard in LOVE Park is no longer the click of the boards and the applause of the spectators, even though the outfitter company DC Shoes had offered to donate a Millon Dollars for keeping open the park for skateboarders too.
But there is hope. Love brings pain, and after LOVE Paine: The Paine's Park is near the Schuylkill River Trail planning a new mecca for skaters hektagroßes komt.
